    The Dodd-Frank Wall St. Reform and Consumer Protection Act became law on July 21, 2010. The White House formed a committee named the FSOC (Federal Stability Oversight Committee) to OVERSEE Wall St. and their layers of financial holding companies. To date NO one has been held accountabl-e and ironically-, Elizabeth Warren who was to be the head of the FSOC was asked to leave and replaced by Senator Ted Kaufman. The Dodd-Frank Act was formed to break up the 6 major financial institutio-ns in our country. This OVERSIGHT committee was formed to: Stop TO BiG TO FAIL and to stop a Moral Hazard.
